A little bit of my story

My roots are in IT, information architecture, and user experience. Many years ago I realized that no matter how well we designed a system and made it easy to use, that wasn't a guarantee that it would be adopted. There was something else going on that affected the overall effort. And I found out that "something" was organizational change management, the people side of change.


If people weren't considered in a holistic manner from beginning to end, the risk that the project wouldn't achieve its business goals increased significantly. And so began my journey into the field of change management.


Fast forward 20 years later and my passion for helping people adapt to changes -- whether from a system implementation, a merger, a process/role change, or a disruptive technology change such as generative AI -- has taken center stage in my life.

I can help you strategize on the most helpful learning experiences for the change based on the needs of your audience, and then lay out the options for incorporating a meaningful and memorable learning experience, all supporting the adoption of the change.
